Additional information
- Payment:
- The first payment of 50% of the total amount has to be payd within a week after the bookingsdate. The other 50% has to be payd 6 weeks before arrivaldate. A cancellation can sometimes be necessery. Upp till 3 months before rentalperiod starts you can get a total refund. For all details and bankaccount data you will receive a e-mail with a contract from us when you have booked.
- If you don't book a final cleaning you have to leave the accomodation cleaned. That includes waste disposal. Cleaning gear is available and we can provide if you lack something.
- Please take the bed linen and leave all the bed linen together in one of the bedrooms.
- Turn off the fridge and freezer and leave the doors open.
- Bed linen includes in the rental fee.
- For a sudden overnight stay you can give us a call if the accommodation is available. In that case you have to pay in advance, by arrival. We prefer in cash. Do you want breakfast please let us know right away. A breakfast can be though different from our standard breakfast.
- Any food allergy? No problem. Give us notice in advance and we will make sure you get an appropriate breakfast.
- Check-in is possible from 15:00 o'clock. Departure time is at the latest 10:30 o'clock.
- We shall personally hand over the key of the apartment which we gladly receive back on your departure day. It's possible to leave the key in the door with an early departure time but please let us know.
- If some damage occurs are we pleased if you let us know. When the damage is out of proportions it's possible that we ask you for a compensation.
- Out of respect for our neighbours and us we would like you to avoid any loud noises both indoors as well outdoors between 22:00 and 08:00 o'clock.
- Please enjoy our campfire place and bbq but leave both cleaned upp behind.
- Information about the surroundings or/and activities is available in the apartment. You can also contact us if help or information needed.
